SHIPPING POLICY

          At DiviNewborn, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Here's what you need to know about our shipping and returns policy:

Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping for all orders within Europe. Your order will be shipped using our standard shipping method.


Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 5-15 business days upon receipt of payment. However, please be aware that processing times may vary based on product availability and order volume.


Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Europe. Please refer to the estimated delivery timeframe provided at checkout for more accurate delivery estimates.


Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within Europe. We do not currently ship to other international destinations.


Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.


Shipping Updates: We understand the importance of staying informed about your order's status. We will provide you with regular updates on the progress of your shipment, including any delays or issues that may arise.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

          We accept returns for damaged products or manufacturing errors within 30 days of product delivery. If you receive a damaged product or encounter a manufacturing error, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return process.


Refunds: Refunds for returned items will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that refunds are subject to approval and may take some time to process.


Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide clear photos showing the issue with the product. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.


Multiple Product Issues: If there's an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo or video showing all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.


Wrong Size or Color: Please note that we do not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color.


Unsuccessful Delivery: In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.


Print Placement Tolerance: For DTG products (Direct-to-Garment printing), there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement. Minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
